B&T is not a typical building company — it does what’s convenient for the customer, not itself.

“You’d think all businesses would put customer care first,” says B&T co-founder Tomasz Rozumiejko. “But in the building trade, sadly, there are too many companies who put their own interests first.”

“Our top priority is always taking care of the customer’s needs,” says Tom. “Doing a fantastic job is part of this, but so is keeping disruption to a minimum, turning up when we say we’re going to, and finishing the job when we say we’re going to.”
